چکیده
Incremental sheet forming (ISF) process show a great potential in the manufacturing of small series production or prototype development parts. One metal process, where contact between punch and is single point, known as point incremental (SPIF). The part manufacture with simple tool, punch, that performs combined movements on vertically horizontally directions. paper introduces study regarding design rules modelling this unconventional by means KUKA KR210-2 industrial robot technological equipment able to control correlated movement punch. Supplementary, experimental layout, simulations singularity problems are considered.

Design and manufacture a novel tool in the incremental sheet metal forming process and its effects on the process parameters
One of the methods for making prototypes is incremental forming process. In this method, the forming tool, performs a pre-programmed movement by the CNC machine and runs the desired path. This modernization process is used in the automotive, aerospace, military, medical and other industries. One of the most influential parameters in this process is forming tool. This parameter is effective in f...
متن کاملNumerical and Experimental Analysis and Optimization of Process Parameters of AA1050 Incremental Sheet Forming
The incremental sheet metal forming (ISMF) process is a new and flexible method that is well suited for small batch production or prototyping. This paper studies the use of the finite element method in the incremental forming process of AA1050 sheets to investigate the influence of tool diameter, vertical step size, and friction coefficient on forming force, spring-back, and thickness distribut...
متن کاملThree-dimensional Fe Simulation of Single Point Incremental Forming: Experimental Evidences and Process Design Improving
Besides the presence of low accuracy, which limited up to now its industrial application, single point incremental forming exalts the advantages of Incremental Forming since no dies are strictly necessary. At the same time, the numerical simulation may supplied technical support to the designers only if the simulation time is comparable with the trial and error tests. With this aim, a FE model,...
متن کاملModelling of a Direct Drive Industrial Robot
For high-speed control of robots, a good knowledge of system modelling is necessary to obtain the desired bandwidth. In this paper, we present a cartesian robot with a pan/tilt unit in end-effector (5 dof). This robot is implemented with powerful direct drive AC induction machines. The dynamic model, parameter identification and model validation of the robot are studied (including actuators). T...
متن کاملOn reverse-engineering the KUKA Robot Language
Most commercial manufacturers of industrial robots require their robots to be programmed in a proprietary language tailored to the domain – a typical domain-specific language (DSL). However, these languages oftentimes suffer from shortcomings such as controller-specific design, limited expressiveness and a lack of extensibility. For that reason, we developed the extensible Robotics API for prog...
